Yes, compatible applications built with Lovable can be reviewed and deployed from a supported GitHub repository. Frameworks, assets and external services are checked during configuration. Not every application is ready to deploy without additional work.
Do I need a GitHub repository?
Yes. The current deployment workflow uses GitHub repositories. You connect your GitHub account and grant access to the repositories you want Safe Haven to work with.
Does Safe Haven manage my application code?
The managed service focuses on hosting and deployment configuration. Application development, bug fixes and code changes are not automatically included. Any additional work needs an agreed scope.
What is included in the onboarding fee?
The one-time fee is for the initial managed hosting onboarding. Exact configuration tasks, deliverables and any application-specific work must be agreed before onboarding begins. Contact us to confirm the scope for your project.
Can I use my own domain?
We help configure supported custom domains and HTTPS. You will need access to your domain's DNS settings. Domain registration and third-party fees are separate from the hosting service.
What happens if a payment fails?
Contact Safe Haven to resolve the billing issue and clarify your project's status. The existing 90-day grace-period framework is not a promise of uninterrupted hosting or indefinite retention. Its operational terms are being finalised.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscription management is handled through Stripe's customer portal when enabled. Cancellation timing and any resulting hosting arrangements should be confirmed before commercial service begins. Contact us if you need help.
Can I move an existing application to Safe Haven?
We can review an existing application for compatibility. Its repository, assets, database, secrets and other connected services may need configuration or a separately scoped migration. Discuss your project before moving production traffic.
